Our LATIN AND GREEK classes

Institutum Antiquitatis offers a rigorous academic pathway for the mastery of Classical Latin and Ancient Greek. Our methodology is centered on the Active Method, where students engage with languages as living vehicles of thought. All instruction is designed to bridge the gap between foundational grammar and the profound interrogation of primary classical texts.

immersion trips

Meet the authors and the stories you love right where events unfolded.

Programs in Development. Institutum Antiquitatis is currently designing intensive immersion programs to be held at historical sites across the Mediterranean. These trips will offer a unique opportunity to study classical authors in the locations where their narratives unfolded. Instruction will be conducted entirely in the target language, combining site visits with rigorous daily seminars.
