For applicant teachers only
In you application, please attach:
Curriculum Vitae: Should highlight your educational background, relevant teaching experience, and your specific certifications.
Cover Letter: A letter explaining why you think you are a good fit for the Institutum Antiquitatis’ ethos and how your classroom management and pedagogical methods align with our goals.
Teaching Philosophy Statement: A 1-2 page essay detailing your approach about teaching ancient languages and ancient world concepts, learning, and student engagement. Include a section about methodology, such as the use of the nature method vs. grammar-translation, or the combinations of the two.
Academic Degrees: Copies of your Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. diplomas.
Teaching License/Certification: Proof of your state or regional teaching qualification if available.
Letters of Recommendation: 2-3 recent letters from former principals, university mentors, or department heads.
